Dr. Anita Maximin is a licensed psychologist with over thirty years of clinical experience treating adults, adolescents and children, using individual, couples and family therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including medical centers and outpatient private practice. Her specialties include coping with chronic illness including gastrointestinal and autoimmune disorders, cancer, stress, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, women's health issues, post-partum concerns, end of life and older adult issues, relationship concerns, pre-surgical psychological evaluations prior to bariatric surgery, and weight management. Dr. Mini Menon is a licensed psychologist with over twenty-five years of clinical experience treating adults and adolescents using individual, family and couples therapy. Her specialties include the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, stress management, addictions, PTSD, eating disorders, infertility, chronic illness, older adult and women's health, and post-partum issues. She conducts pre-surgical psychological evaluations prior to bariatric surgery and Workers Compensation claims. Dr. Menon is also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) as well as a PSYPACT Provider.

Dietitian
Sam Chin has been a Registered Dietitian for over 4 years and is currently the Food Service Director at Olmsted Falls City Schools. Prior to this job, he was a Bariatric Dietitian at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, where he specialized in pre- and post- surgery nutrition counseling for patients undergoing weight loss surgery.
Sam's goal is to guide patients toward a healthy way of living by creating a sustainable, evidence-based plan that can fit into any lifestyle. As someone who has struggled with their weight in the past, he is able to relate to a patient’s needs and has personal experience overcoming the struggles that accompany weight loss.

Diabetes Educator
Mariellen DeSmit has been an RN for 30 years and has worked at St. Vincent Charity for the past 18 years. She has been practicing in the field of diabetes for 17 years and clinical research for 7 years. Before finding her passion for diabetes she worked in Critical Care for 12 years. Mariellen’s main focus is the outpatient diabetes education program including individual and group classes. She is most proud of the vibrant diabetes support group which is in its seventh year, which never fails to surprise her with the ever growing attendance and the joy participants express in being a part of this group. What she finds most rewarding is her interaction and success stories with her patients.
Massage Therapist
Dalila Moyet has a lot of repeat clients, and it's easy to see why. Dalila has more than 15 years of experience in combining the skill of a trained professional with the compassionate ear of someone who knows what it's like to seek relief. She puts these qualities to good use during massages in styles such as deep-tissue, lomi lomi, and Thai massage, even incorporating aromatherapy or custom kneading as necessary.
Personal Trainer
Ravi Kobetic graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors of Applied Human and Consumer Sciences and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Certified Functional Strength Coach. He enjoys being outside in his free time where he can be found snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding and hiking with friends. He's played a variety of sports growing up including rugby, football, and basketball.
